SPEKTRIN® Cleaner is a superior waterborne concentrated heavy-duty slightly basic (alkaline) surface cleaner that removes dirt, grease, grime, oil, mildew and algae stains from almost any substrate.
Waterborne, phosphate-free and biodegradable, why it has no harmful secondary effects and decomposes biological in contrast to most solvents. Zero VOC and NPE-free. Fulfils the criteria for approval of Eco-Flower for APC:s. Complies with EC 648/2004. Composition based on patented technology.
SPEKTRIN CLEANER also contains reactive colloidal silica why it continues to densify the concrete floor over time, creating a harder low-maintenance floor.
Typical Applications
Can be used on floors and walls of almost any substrate. Especially excellent on mineral substrates such as concrete and marble as it fortifies its strength with each cleaning. On Polished Concrete floors it also maintains the gloss.
Also suitable for the sanitation of fire damage. As well as very suitable as a sanitizer for bath-rooms and swimming-baths due to its bactericidal properties against Coli bacteria, kills most germs, fungi, etc. For use both indoors and out.

Application Instructions
Temperature of substrates should be above +5°C.
Dilution ratio depends on kind of substrate and dirt, hardness of water and temperature.
To avoid accumulation of dust, grit and general soiling, regular cleaning is always recommended and it also makes economic sense.
For very heavy duty cleaning use concentration 2.5-10%. For heavy duty cleaning use concentration 2-5%. For regular cleaning use concentration 0.7-2%.
For best result an auto-scrubber should be used. Application by mopping requires a separate bucket with rinse water. When using this method frequent replace bucket with clean water.
For very heavy and heavy duty cleaning, to prevent cleaner and dissolved dirt being absorbed by substrate, pre-moisten surface with water one hour before application. (Do not pre-moisten when product is used as sanitizer.) Application of cleaner shall not take place during direct sunshine or strong wind. Calculate with about 0.25 kg of solution per m2.
On walls start from below and continue upwards. Apply by brush, sponge or spray. Product is not effective when dry. Should product dry on surface, misting with water will reactivate its power. If rinsing, start from up and continue down.
Allow cleaner to remain wet on surface for 15 minutes. Hot water (40-60°C) will improve the result considerable. If necessary, repeat treatment. For very heavy and heavy duty cleaning complete by rinsing with water. For regular cleaning no rinsing is required.
